Reporting a copyright infringement

A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Please send DMCA notices to our Designated Agent at hello@herbtopia.net with the subject line “DMCA Notice.”

Counter-notification

If you believe material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the Designated Agent that includes your signature, identification of the material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error, and your contact information along with consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

Repeat infringers

Herbtopia will, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable and/or terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers.

Good-faith processing

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material in question and will make a good-faith effort to contact the party who posted it, where applicable.
